Delivery
The Fluttering Fragrance currently ships to UK addresses.
We charge £3.99 for standard delivery & £5.49 for next day delivery. We use Royal Mail courier service and add tracking details to shipping emails. If you choose the collection option collection will be from our studio in Daventry, Northamptonshire.
We do also offer an open box option, this means you can purchase at a time suitable for you and add it to a box and keep adding to your box over time then once you're ready to have your order shipped simply close the box and we will send your order!
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days upon receiving goods. You must have proof of purchase. Any items returned must be returned in the condition they were sent with all packaging for a full refund of the items, this does not include shipping. We do not cover the return shipping.
Please note personalised items, wax melts, sale items & gift cards are non returnable.
If goods are faulty upon arrival you must notify The Fluttering Fragrance as soon as possible.
It is reccomended that you use a tracked service for proof of delivery. Upon receiving the goods for a refund The Fluttering Fragrance will conduct an inspection of these goods. If these goods are found to be faulty we will process a refund immediately to the payment method used. Please allow 5-7 days for the funds to show in your account.
The Fluttering Fragrance will not be held responsible or accept any liability for any returns lost in mail service, it is the consumer who must file a claim with the mail service provider.
To start a return please email us at theflutteringfragrance@outlook.com if your return is accepted we will send instructions on where to send your parcel. Any items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your items upon arrival, please contact us immediately if goods are danaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Exemptions / non returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, these include personalised items, wax melts, personal care goods (such as whipped soaps, soap sponges etc) sale items and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have any questions on a specific item.
Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return and if the refund was accepted or not. If approved you will automatically recieve a refund on the original payment method.
